He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Cohen-Blum and Seymour Blum; and his siblings, Michael and Sharon Blum-Krill. He is survived by: his wife Sherlayn Tate-Blum; his children, Stacy Blum-Melson, David (Catherine), Steven and Mark Blum; and his grandchildren, Gabe, Luke and Allison.
