MacDowell (Jacksonville); her brother Thomas McCain, Jr.; her daughters, Kathleen Davis (Joseph), Linda Shaw (David) and Lisa Fuller; her caregiver Laura MacDowell; her grandchildren, Keegan Norman (Laura), Kaitlyn Norman, Kelley Brandt (Nick), Robert Davis (Bev), Jordan Fuller and Lindsay Roudebush (Tom); her close friend Shirley Taylor; and her friend Dr. Kathy Ebener. She was also cherished by five great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
