He was predeceased by: his wives, Auguste Forehand and Francis Forehand; his parents, Hezzie Forehand Sr. and Myrtle Pate Forehand; his siblings, Bernice Mitchem, Wynell Steele and Ralph Forehand; his son Richard Forehand; and his stepdaughter Jennifer Eccleston.
He is survived by: his daughter Linda Forehand; and his stepsons, Nicolas, Joseph and Leonard. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Jacksonville Memory Gardens (111 Blanding Blvd, Orange Park, FL 32073). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
