“I worked with your father at Brockway, Inc. both in Brockway, PA and in Jacksonville. He was a good man who cared about his staff and gave us the support we each needed for success. I learned two important lessons from him. The first was to plan your life, your year, your month and your day. The second one was, "You eat an elephant one bite at a time" which meant that when you have a big problem or project, break it down into little steps. I still use both lessons. I am glad I got to know him.”
