He is survived by: his parents, Emory Lee Crews, Sr. of West Virginia and Diana Lynn Gilkey of West Virginia; his children, Luke Feagin of Lake City, FL, Ashton Fowler of Lake City, FL, Brittany Crews of South Carolina and Brileigh Crews of Orange Park, FL; his sisters, Deanna Barnes (Derrick) of West Virginia, Christina Addis (Michael) of Lake City, FL and Jessica Crews (Chris Blair) of Lake City, FL; and his nephews, Kamran, Eli Jones and Derrick Barnes, Jr.. He is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
