She was predeceased by: her parent Joaquim Santos; her husband Merlin Cornelison; her siblings, Emma Fregeau (Stanley), Carlos Santos and Anthony Santos; her son Thomas Cornelison; and her nephew Guy Fregeau.
She is survived by: her son Bruce Cornelison (Sandy); her nephews, Gary Fregeau (Karen), Mark Santos and Jeffrey Santos; her niece Kimberly Santos; and her grandchildren, Tracy Cornelison (Stacy) and Ryan Cornelison (Kimberly). She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial gifts to Community Hospice and Palliative Care of Northeast Florida or Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
