She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Statler and Helen Statler of Jackson, Missouri.; her husband Dr. Andrew E. Guy, Jr.; her brother Jerry; and her daughters, Brenda Kay Guy and Donna Faye Guy.
She is survived by: her daughter Anna Lee Guy. She is also survived by other loving family members, church family, and friends.
