He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry Kemp and Lola Barfield Kemp; his wife Barbara Baxley Kemp; and his sisters, Elizabeth Kemp Walters (Bill) and Dorothy Kemp Williford (Earl).
He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Beasley of Doerun and Carole Lampke (Michael) of Rincon, GA; his grandchildren, Jessie Howard Beasley, III (Kaitlyn) of Doerun, Jacqueline Lampke of Rincon and Kimberly Lampke of Rincon; his siblings, Bud Kemp (Betty) of Sylvester and Eloise Whittington (James) of Jackson, GA; and his sister-in-law Mary Dickerson (Jimmy) of Doerun. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
