We are sad to announce that on August 30, 2021, at the age of 66, David C. Bailey of Orange Park, Florida, born in McKean, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Brenda L. Bailey; and his mother Jennie Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Carmel Bailey; his daughters, Melody (Michael Veltman) and Mandy (Jonathon Harper); his stepson Matthew (Hollie Malinski); and his siblings, Randy Berlin, Jimmy Saulsgiver, Kim Rye, Helen Bush and Tammy Foor. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
