He was predeceased by: his parents, Jae B. Park and Soon H. Cho. He is survived by: his wife Jin S. Kim; his siblings, Jung S. Cho (Kyun Won) and Won K. Park (Jung Ae); his child Kim; his grandsons, Corey Y. Park (JiHee) and Jeff Y. Park (Semin); his daughter Mi R. Hwang (Uisu); and his grandchildren, Grant, Michael, Madison, Gabrielle, Abigail, Timothy, Ellie and Emery.
