He is survived by: his wife Lois "Marie" Marshburn; his children, Katherine Harris, Karla Williams and Charles "Chuck" Marshburn, Jr.; his son-in-law Johnny Williams; his grandchildren, Tracy "Bradley" Harris, Rebekah Rice (Ricky), Lauren Lundy (Aaron) and Chandlor Harris; and his great grandchildren, Ryan Rice, Wyatt Lundy, Riley Rice, Beau Lundy, Raegan Rice and Charlotte Lundy.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Baptist Church (5005 Blanding Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32210). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Jacksonville National Cemetery (4083 Lannie Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32218).
