She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Welch and Varnelle Welch; and her sisters, Norma and Nancy. She is survived by: her daughters, Wendy and Sherri; her sister Rita; her son-in-law Jason; her grandsons, Ken (Tiffany), Greg and Zachary; and her great grandchildren, Hayden, Elijah and Jaxson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jacksonville Memory Gardens (111 Blanding Blvd, Orange Park, FL 32073). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Jacksonville National Cemetery (4083 Lannie Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32218).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in her memory to Community Hospice and Palliative Care or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
