He is survived by: his parents, Arnie Caldwell and Glenda Strausser; his wife Rebekah Caldwell; his children, Zayne Caldwell and Caitlin Caldwell; his sister Ashley Disbrow (Doug); and his close friends, Jeff Brownlie, Allen Neuendorf and John Garren. He is also survived by many family members and friends.
