It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brian Allen Coulter of Orange Park, Florida, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on April 25, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Giarrusso. He is survived by: his mother Isabelle DeFazio Coulter; his wife Melissa DiChiaro; his daughter Nora DiChiaro; and his sisters, Ashley Coulter-Orsini (William) and Tricia Giarrusso Ullucci. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other family members.
