She was predeceased by: her father Adolfo Alvarez; and her sister Charito Alvarez. She is survived by: her husband Don McFarland; her sons, Ron McFarland (Jessica) and Ed McFarland (Jill); her siblings, Jose Alvarez, Jovina Gladstein, Irma Bocar, Adolfo Alvarez, Jr., Marilou Encarcion, Shirley Roxas, Sandra Lim and Brigida Alvarez; and her grandchildren, Alyssa, Madeline, Emily, Lauren, Michael and Katie. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
