She was predeceased by: her parents, Hester Slutz (Paulus) and Bruce Slutz Sr.; and her siblings, Bruce Slutz Jr. (Josephine Slutz), Norman Slutz and Barbara Wagner (Louis Wagner).
She is survived by: her children, David Paul Richard Jr. (Sue Ostrowski), Debra Kay Pappas (Richard) and Dina Lynn Crawford (Martin Bonk); and her siblings, Virgil Slutz (Nancy Slutz) and Shirley Warner (Slutz). She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and nieces & nephews.
She was a CNA for many years in Ohio and in Georgia, working with Alzheimer's and dementia patients, until she retired in 2017.
