He is survived by: his wife Martha Ann Tobler; his mother Rosa L. Holland Tobler; his stepchildren, Arscelon Connelly and Kwanguvu Hatarie Connelly; his grandson Malik Raheem Johnson; his great grandchildren, Isaiah NeShon, Justice R., Aaden R. Johnson and Asherah K. Connelly; his brother Kenneth Washington, Sr.; his nieces and nephews, Tyler Washington, Kenneth Washington, Jr., Benjamin Williams, Bernadelle Bonilla and Kaylin Washington; his cousins, David Coleman of Marion Charles, Tobler, Jr., Aaron Tobler, Jr., Mary Jane Tobler and Marretta Tobler-Slade; and his close friend Dianne Baker.
