He is survived by: his siblings, Tim Puhlick (Cindy) of Middleburg, FL and Theresa Moody (David) of Hilliard, FL; his nieces and nephews, Mike Kelley, Tim Puhlick II (Jennifer) and Jade Reed; his great-nieces, Jacquelyn and Jillian Reed; his great-nephew Braxton Joseph Taylor (Miami); his aunt Peggy Santella; and his cousins, Daniel Santella and Lori Werner.
