She is survived by: her husband Keith O'Neill; her children, Amber, Cameron Frydrych, Nikki Trembath (Travis), Sydney Jackson (Aundrey) and Kegan O'Neill; her grandchildren, Georgia, Oliver, Annora, Saige and Sloan; her brother William Geiger; her parents, Timm Geiger and Andrea Geiger; and her mother-in-law Kay O'Neill.
Due to covid restrictions, A private family service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Amy's honor may be made to St. Mary's Episcopal Church, Green Cove Springs; Community Hospice, Jacksonville FL; Food Pantry of Green Cove Springs or Haiti relief.
