She is survived by: her husband Edwin Ortiz, Sr.; her children, Carlos Rivera (Mariela), Melissa Quintana (Daniel) and Edwin Ortiz, Jr. (Gladys); her siblings, Evelyn Rodriguez, Carmen Rivera, Lucy Cortez and Juan Rodriguez; and her grandchildren, Omar Santiago, Riley Rivera, Bailey Rivera, Leilana Rivera, Daniel Quintana, Jr., Gabriel Quintana and Lukas Ortiz.
