He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Ramsey and Alice R. Ramsey; and the mother of his child Peggy Settles Ramsey. He is survived by: his wife Gina; his son Roger Michael "Mike" Ramsey of West Virginia; his brothers, Roger Ramsey (Betty) of West Virginia and Ronald Ramsey (Louise) of Texas; and his stepchildren, Mike, Tom and Amanda Arey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
