Tom Martin Obituary

Radio evangelist of The Alarming Truth Broadcast Thomas E. Martin (Tommy) was united with his Lord and Savior on April 11, 2022 at the age of 88.

Tom was born to Columbus and Sarah Martin on March 2, 1934 in East Bank, West Virginia, and was born again by the grace and mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ on December 4, 1969. He had three (3) brothers and seven (7) sisters.

Tom was proceeded in death by his loving wife of 55 years, A. Jane Martin (Krepps) in 2012 and his beloved son, Joey T. Martin in 2020. Tom is survived by 2 daughters, Tammy L. Roberts (John) and Charity L. McGuire (Matthew), Six (6) grandchildren, Corie Cummings, Joey Martin, Jr., Dustin Cummings, Dakota Schooley, Brooke Schooley and Emma McGuire; and four (4) great-grandchildren Hayden Cummings, Luke Kelley, Jace Becker, and Clover Schooley.

Tom was a devoted follower of Christ for most of his life. He was active in radio ministry, wrote poems and hymns and several books. He was a gifted painter and painted numerous paintings from his homes in Indiana and Florida. Tom will be greatly missed by his remaining family members and friends. We take peace in knowing he is in Heaven rejoicing with his Heavenly Father.

There comes a time in every life when we must leave the shore. And cast our soul beyond the waves, into God's welcome door. No wind or waves or stormy gales can cause our ship to fail.
