He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Mantle and Rose Mantle. He is survived by: his wife Laurie Mantle (Fitch); his children, Caitlin Mantle Patt (Jason), Rosemary Mantle, David Mantle and Zoe Mantle; and his siblings, Chuck Mantle (Suzi), Linda Shaughnessy (Kevin) and JoAnn Millard (Steve).
