He was predeceased by: his father Theodore R. Higgins. He is survived by: his sister Carol Wright; his nieces and nephews, Matthew Carroll, Bradley LaPorte, Sara LaPorte and Kayla LaPorte; and his great-nephews, Liam and Rory Carroll.
