He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Jack Zizzo, Sr. and Gertrude Crews; and his brother Randy Raulerson. He is survived by: his wife Susan Zizzo (Fine); his children, Samuel Zizzo, III (Bonnie), Michael Arnold and Jennifer Dailey (Jeremey); his grandchildren, Samuel Zizzo, IV, CJ Hernlen, Hannah Hernlen, Addison Zizzo, Page Arnold and Rhylee Arnold; and his sisters, Rachel Johns (Johnny) and Nicky Zelek. He is also survived by Many nieces and nephews, extended family and many friends.
