He was predeceased by: his father William Chadwick; his son Dean Chadwick; his former wife Rose Marie Chadwick; and his siblings, Horace, Otis, Glenn Chadwick (Pearl), Emma Linendoll (Floyd) and Betty Slater (Robert).
He is survived by: his children, Debra Weir (Ernie) of Greenwich, Darlene McSwain (Ken), Dennis Chadwick (Elaine) and Danny Chadwick (Cindy); his grandchildren, Carl, Sherry, Christopher, Kyle, Kregg, Jacoby, Jeremy, Desirae, Dina, Jennifer, Rachel, Jimmy, Ernie and Shawn; and his sister-in-law Anita Chadwick. He is also survived by 28 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
