He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence A. Forgue, Sr. and Evelyn Anna Forgue. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his grandchildren, Mary Dietrick (John), Michele Forgue, Brian Forgue, Timothy Forgue and Michael Forgue; and his great grandchildren, Emma, Maggie and Trey Boyett.
