She is survived by: her husband Sergio Henriquez; her daughters, Roselyn De Jesus and Shanirys Henriquez; her grandchildren, Melany De Jesus and Zoriyah Sabo; her siblings, Edwin Ortiz, Maria De Lourdes Ortiz, Alberto Ortiz, Natividad Ortiz, Angel Miguel Ortiz and Ivelisse Ortiz; and her mother Secundina Rodriguez.
