He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Oscar Palmer and Joyce Palmer; his former wife Donna J Christman; his daughter Heather Palmer Glave; his wife Deborah Virginia Woolard; and his grandchildren, Skyler Leigh Markham and Brendan Calob Markham.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Deltona Memorial Funeral Home (1295 Saxon Blvd, Orange City, FL 32763).
