Payne (Orange City, Florida), born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on September 1, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rogers T. Shock and Josephine E. Jeko; and her sister Nancy Brose (Paul). She is survived by: her husband William L Payne; her children, Sherrie Moore (Michael), Michael Allison (Diane), Laurie Easterbrook (James), Heather McKechnie (Shawn), Jennifer Evans (Ryan) and Joshua Payne (Melissa); her grandchildren, Joey, Timmy, Britni, Kenny, Christopher, Shane, Ashley, Emma, Patrick, Miles and Maddilynn; her great grandchildren, Joseph, Kourtney, Savannah and Jasper; and her sisters, Betty Danfelser and Suzanne Burrill. She is also survived by mother with her children.
