He was predeceased by: his sons, Ralph and David. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, John (Karen), Susan (Donald) and Stephen; and his grandchildren, Christa, Nicole, Michael, Matthew, Adrianna, Donnie, Clayton (CJ), Kathryn, Amber, Stevie, Amanda, Heather, Michelle, Tara, Gregory, Syndi and Kevin. He is also survived by 28 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
