She is survived by: her sons, William R. Hayes Jr., Howard W. Hayes (Jacquline) and John M. Hayes (Deborah); her grandchildren, Jean Martine, Jacqueline Hayes, Scott Hayes (Rachel), Alexandra Ellis John Michael (Paul) and Patricia Hayes; and her great grandchildren, Alexandra Hayes, Ally Hayes, Riley Hayes, Madelyn Hayes and Isabel Hayes.
