She was predeceased by: her daughter Donna Fulton (Albert "Al" Neeley) of Ohio; her siblings, Lola Studer, Don Blevins and Joan Beavers; and her parents, Ralph Blevins and Lillian Osborne.
She is survived by: her significant other Harold Blankenship of Cleveland Tennessee; her children, Vitoria Cunningham of Cuyahoga Falls and Tina Culver of Deltona, Florida; her grandchildren, Sean DeGarmo (Lisa) of Texas, James "Rick" Hunt (Wendy) of Ohio, Rita Hunt of Ohio and Josh Hunt of Florida; her sister-in-law Beverly Blevins of Charleston; her aunt Bev; and also Aunt Bev.
