He is survived by: his great-grandparent Heaven; his children, Didi, Diane Camfield (Nick) and Dennis Diaz (Dawn); his grandchildren, Rebecca Formoso (Bart), Jason Osborne, Amanda Andrews (Jeff), Matthew Osborne (Janie), Joshua Osborne, Katrina Del Rosa and Christopher Diaz (Grace); and his great grandchildren, Aviana, Alex, Alia Formoso, Mason, Ella, Hayden, Evan Andrews and Olivia Osborne.
