He was predeceased by: his daughter Janet Rosa; his sisters, Mary Tarantino (Ernest), Anna Rose Bennett (Harold) and Nicolletta Gillman (James); and his grandsons, Daniel LaPan and Joseph LaPan.

He is survived by: his spouses, Corsignana "Grace" Eplite and Grace Fallacaro; his children, Antionette LaPan (David) of Hudson Falls, N. Y., Rosemary Fallacaro of Hudson Falls, N. Y., James Fallacaro of Orange City and Michael Fallacaro (Joan) of Niskayuna, N. Y; his sister Florence Jarvis (Dale) of Queensbury, N. Y.; his siblings-in-law, Jennie Eplite McCadden, Michael Eplite of New Smyrna Beach and Gaetano Eplite (Jean) of Milford, MA.; his grandchildren, Matthew LaPan (Melissa), Andrea LaPan Hess (Richard), Cassandra Bixler (Douglas), Renee Vitale (Jacob), Dominic Fallacaro and Anthony Fallacaro; his great grandchildren, Karleigh LaPan, Katelynn LaPan, Daniel Hess, Joseph LaPan and Benjamin Bixler; and also Italian.
