It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine Lapura (Orange City, Florida), born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on August 15, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Patrick and Frances Brannon; her children, Eugenia Lapura and Conrad Lapura; her brother Joseph Brannon; her nephew David Brannon; her sons-in-law, Shawn Michael and Michael Herlihy; and her siblings-in-law, Bernie Kurek, Danny Halwick and Shirley Ronald.
She is survived by: her husband Eugene Lapura; her daughters, Kathleen McKissack (Jeff) and Karen Lapura; her adoptive daughters, Savannah, Maria and Cheyenne Lapura; and her great grandchildren, Malachi Lapura, Conrad Hamlin, Israel Lapura Hamlin, Gabriella Torres, Emma Lapura and Gabriel Lapura. She is also survived by her family especially her children, and grandchildren.
