He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Blue; his parents, Carson A. Blue and Prudence Blue; his sister Marguerite Blue; his daughter Jami Blue; and his son-in-law Brian Blake.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jorjann Blake (Blue) of Sioux Falls, SD and Jill Blue of Melbourne; his grandchildren, Britton Blake, Alison (Blake), Jared Ribstein and Carson E. Blue; and his niece Mershon (Blue).
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages a memorial to the First Presbyterian Church in Deland for missions outreach.
