He was predeceased by: his parents, Nevin Daniel Horn and Marie Mildred Horn; and his sister Ruth Ann Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Vicky; his sons, William Farmer, Carl Horn Jr. (NY) and Chris Horn (PA); and his stepchildren, Michelle Bryan (CA) and Sean Doherty.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the First Congregational United Church of Christ (107 S Euclid Ave, Lake Helen, FL 32744). A burial was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at the DeLand Memorial Gardens (600 E Beresford Ave, DeLand, FL 32724).
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial donations be sent to First Congregational United Church of Christ, PO Box 135, Lake Helen FL 32744 or to St. Jude's Hospital for Children.
