Horita of Seattle, WA, Maile E. Horita of Hilo, HI, Joel F. Engelhardt of St. Louis, MO, Christopher W. Brewer of Colombia, Amy T. Brewer of St. Louis, MO, Michael B. Hocking and Rebecca L. Hocking Spencer of Kell, IL.
