He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Frazier Sr. and Annie Mae Williams Frazier of Orange City. He is survived by: his daughter Lauren Simone Frazier of Brooklyn, NY; and his siblings, Francina Frazier of Orange City, FL, Patricia A. White (Ernest) of Deland, FL, Frank Frazier, Jr. of Orange City, FL, Michael L. Frazier (Janis) of Deland, FL, Terry L. Frazier (Kelly) of Sanford, FL and Willie Ralph Frazier of Rochester, NY. He is also survived by seven aunts, three uncles, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and sorrowing friends.
