Virgil Keith Stanley Obituary
Virgil Keith Stanley, went home to be with the Lord December 27, 2017. He passed away at Hardee Manor. Virgil was born January 15, 1934 in Lee Township, Ohio. He was a resident of Hardee County for three years coming from Ohio. He was a Protestant by faith. Virgil worked in farming. He proudly served in the Army and was a WWII veteran.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Virgil C Stanley and Bessie I Stanley. His brother Richard Stanley and Sister Virgilene Lent. He is survived by his loving wife Jane Stanley of Ona, Fl.; daughter Sandra Hanning husband Jon of Nelsonville, Ohio; sons Ben Stanley wife Sue of Junction City, Ohio; Edward James Stanley of Albany, Ohio; brothers William Stanley wife Marie of Albany, Ohio; Willard Stanley wife Margaret of Albany, Ohio; sister Irena Wallace of Marietta, Ohio; sister in Law Patty Stanley of Athens, Ohi; and brother in law John Lent of Lancaster, Ohio; 8 grandchildren, Tristopher, Mattie, Steven, Cody, Ryan, Misty, Sarah, and Brandon; and 13 great-grandchildren.
