He was predeceased by: his parents, Myrtie (Combs) and Earnest Crews; and his siblings, Earnest "Putty" Crews, Paul Crews, Archie Crews, Roxie Batey, Arie "Sissy" Lauramore-Carter, Ophelia Nipper and Carolyn Vellecca.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Barber Crews of Olustee; his children, Jimmy Crews Jr. of Macclenny, Michael Crews (Brandi) of Olustee, Marie Crews-Fryer (Scott) of Sanderson, Teresa Crews-Williams (Travis) of Glen St, Alyssa Crews-Stephenson (Bo) of Taylor, Amanda Crews Hardenbrook of Raiford and Jamie Crews-Stewart (Steven) of Olustee; and his siblings, Buddy Crews (Judy) of St. George, Georgia and Geneva Cook of Macclenny. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Blackburn-Curry Funeral Chapel (380 N Lowder St, Macclenny, FL 32063). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
