She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Arthurs and Jimmie Arthurs; and her sisters, Shirley Barnett, Tommie Powell and Patsy Lou Arthurs.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Sivik; her children, Danette Loyd (Robert) of Newberry, FL and David Sivik (Sherri) of Tarpon Springs, FL; her grandchildren, Sean, Michael, Ashley, Matthew, Megan, Aaron, Melanie, Jessica and Joseph; her great grandchildren, Aubree, Kynsingten and Baby Miller; and her sisters, Norma Norris of Oklahoma and Anna Atwater of Oklahoma.
