She is survived by: her children, Debbie Smith (Chris), Denise Gusfa, Joannie Gilliam (Walter), Moe Creech (Lori) and Jake Creech (Whitney); and her brother Dave Hervey. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
