He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hoogewerf (Letts); his daughters, Sally Hoogewerf and Carly Massa (Joe); his grandchildren, Lucius Dyal (Daisy), Kinsey Dyal, Joey Massa and Jillian Massa; his siblings, Roger Hoogewerf (Becky), Rinkje Hoogewerf and Rohn Hoogewerf; his nieces and nephews, Adam Zondor, Noah Zondor (Teri), Brianna Kocon (Eric), Rhonda Hoogewerf, Alyssa Hoogewerf and Carson Hoogewerf; and his aunts, Peggy Krudup and Leetha Hoogewerf.
