She was predeceased by: her parents, Sigurd Hager and Margaret Hager; and her husband Thomas. She is survived by: her sons, Stephen Paul Jurkowski and Gregory Thomas Jurkowski; her grandchildren, Andrew Michael Jurkowski and Stephanie Jurkowski; and her great grandchildren, Cameron and Tristan.
