He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Glen Cleland and Esther Cleland; his sister Ruth Tetor; his wife Patricia Ann Cleland; his children, Kristin Yvette Perrone, Joseph Glen Cleland Sr. and Nikole Renae Segale; his grandchildren, Nicholas Perrone, Wife Shannon, Joseph Cleland Jr., Fiancé, Nicole Bell, Colby Perrone, Wife Katelyn, Serena Cleland, Mackenzie Cleland, Samantha Segale and Veronica Segale; and his nephew Shane Mulligan.
