He was predeceased by: his siblings, Constance and Howard; and his parents, Rose Wagner and Harry Walters. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Elizabeth Ann Register, Jerome "Chris" Walters and Darren Jon Walters; and his half-sister Gayle. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 11 great grand children and 1 great, great grandchild.
