He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Irma Kozma, Steve and Barbara Vargo. He is survived by: his parents, Otto Kozma and Marge Kozma (Vargo); his wife Liz (Velazquez); his children, Bryanna Kozma, Jasmine Mundell (David), Jessica Scott (Adam) and Joshua Garcia (Kristen); his grandchildren, Karsyn, Lillian, Lucas and Wyatt; his brothers, Mike (Cindy) of Elyria and Steve of Tampa; his nieces and nephews, Rachel, Sarah Kozma of Elyria, Marshall and Carson Kozma of Tampa; and his pet Saige. He is also survived by his brother, nephews and children.
