We are sad to announce that on July 25, 2023, at the age of 89, James Ballard of Oldsmar, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Sara Sawyer; his children, Rodney Ballard (Beverly) and Susan Stewart (Don); his brother Ronnie Ballard (Bonnie); and his nephew Rick Scroggins (Sandy). He is also survived by four grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
